Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders are shipped 3-5 business days after we film and pack your order.
Q. How long does it take for an order to be filmed and packed for shipping?
A. Usually in the same week you place the order but this can vary depending on the work load of orders.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. All sales are final. No refunds, no returns and no exchanges.
Q. What form of payments do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No, we are U.S. based and ship to all 50 states in the U.S.

Q. Can I order as a gift for someone?
A. Yes, during the order process make sure to write in the preference box "This is a gift for ... " also please make sure to include a personalized note and their shipping info at checkout (all gifts include a personalized note card that will be packed with the order).
Q. Do you offer discount codes?
A. Yes, after you place your first order we will offer you a one time use discount code if you do an unboxing video on one of the following social media platforms: TikTok, IG or Youtube. You must tag us in the caption and provide us with your order number so that we can email you your discount code. The discount code will be sent to the email you placed your order with.
